OUR CLIENTS:

“The Mighty Hike series is a huge group effort and wouldn’t be possible without the work of everyone front of house and behind the scenes. From everyone on the Macmillan team, THANK YOU!”
Helen Hancock, Challenge Events Team Manager
“The baton relay has brought so much to NWG which is hard to put into word.– not only for those who took part, but those who supported out on the route, the branches we passed by, the customers who wondered what was happening as we all whooped and cheered people in purple shirts (!), right down to the charities our colleagues fundraised for.
I think we can say without any doubt that this event absolutely harnessed the magic of Team GB”
Lisa Mallinson, Giving Strategy & Programmes Manager at NatWest
“I just wanted to say thank you to you all for creating an event which will stay forever in the memories of all of us who had the privilege to take part. You cared for us like family, nothing was too much trouble, and from every pit stop to finish you held us, pushed us, gently encouraged and enabled us to get to the finish.
Thank you so much to each and every one of you.”
Andrew Dunnett, Group Director, SDGs, Sustainable Business & Foundations at Vodafone

“Finally got around to writing to say a big thank you to you and everyone else at Threshold for yet another incredible Big Ride for Africa. As always, you were all amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was blown away by this year’s event and the atmosphere in Base Camp.”

Together, Deloitte and Threshold created a truly unique annual event which would see 1,000 riders taking on the 900+ miles of breath-taking cycling from one end of the UK to the other; a true bucket list experience.
A key element of this was making it accessible to all ages and level of cyclists. In order to do so, Deloitte and Threshold built a full support system from route signage, ride chaperones, mechanical and medical support, through to fully serviced basecamps that house everyone each night as they head up the country.

“It was an amazing opportunity to meet people across the business and build a personal network in Diageo. Throughout the challenge, I ended up walking with so many different people, who I generally would not have crossed paths with otherwise but might be helpful to know for the future.”

This sponsorship reflects the true case of a company walking the walk when it comes to their commitment to their people and society. Dixons Carphone (DC)’s CSR firmly put their employee’s health and wellbeing at the top of their agenda. We’ve worked with them to create an asset that not only compliments their wider CSR strategy but gives them the platform to communicate it clearly across the entire workforce.

Event Brief & Response
“‘Thanks again for everything. I really appreciate the professional and friendly support from minute one. Everything was great from my point of view and I frankly never heard any negative words from anyone during the whole two days…apart of course towards poor old Rory and his route plan (but who told anyone you could ride 155 miles without the odd hump to get over!)”
Richard Cook, Director of Fleet, DHL International.
“I always appreciate how calm and under control the whole Threshold team appear, even when multiple last minute changes and obstacles are thrown at them. The “one team, one dream” mantra and solution based approach to challenges enables all parties involved to feel part of a common goal and for talent to feel safe and looked after which is crucial to a Sport Relief challenge running smoothly.”
Beth Chandler, Challenge Events Project Manager, Comic Relief
