Vodafone wanted to encourage their employees and generate fundraising for Vodafone Foundation’s #yourplanet campaign.
They wanted an unforgettable challenge that would push their employees beyond their limits to drive fundraising for two charities: Tusk and The Ocean Clean-up.
These two charities are helping pave the way for a sustainable future for Africa’s incredible wildlife, and embarking on the biggest clean-up in history, aiming to remove 90% of floating ocean plastic pollution by 2040.
What did Threshold recommend?
We wanted to once again deliver an unforgettable experience that was challenging enough to drive high levels of fundraising.
We took the Vodafone employees on a 5-day cycling journey to experience breathless sightseeing in its purest form. Starting in Grenoble, the cyclists endeavoured some of the most iconic Tour climbs, ascending a gruelling 12,354m (including the iconic Alpe D’Huez!). Conquering a total of 518km.

Testimonials
“I just wanted to say thank you to you all for creating an event which will stay forever in the memories of all of us who had the privilege to take part. You cared for us like family, nothing was too much trouble, and from every pit stop to finish you held us, pushed us, gently encouraged and enabled us to get to the finish.
Thank you so much to each and every one of you.”
